A: Because every garment is custom-printed on demand in Cape Town to maintain maximum quality, total production and door-to-door courier delivery combined takes 2 to 5 business days nationwide across South Africa.
Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes! We provide free door-to-door courier shipping on all orders over R1,000. Orders under R1,000 carry a flat-rate delivery fee of R99.
Q: Can I collect my order from a local locker or collection point?
A: Yes! During checkout, select Courier/Locker fulfillment to pick up your parcel from designated local collection points across major South African metro hubs.

Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: We offer a 14-day exchange guarantee on all unworn items in their original condition.
Q: Where do I send returned garments?
A: Contact support@mranderson.co.za to request an exchange. Our customer care team will generate a return waybill and send step-by-step courier pickup instructions to send your package to our central Constantia inspection hub.
